Our training methodology presents whiskey without an emphasis on a brand, but rather with an agnostic view of whiskey and emphasis on history, significance and delivery of each type of whiskey and each label on your menu. Please contact us for more info about training your staff.

TASTING

You’ll find truth in your glass. We offer a full range of casual tastings up to formal tasting experiences in group settings from two guests up to 30, but we always focus on finding truth in your glass. Please contact us for more information about leading your private tasting.

CONSULTATIONS

Selling rare and vintage whiskey in your bar or restaurant is a different business than selling cocktails. We’re here to help with pricing, selections and sourcing. Please contact us for information about succeeding in rare and vintage whiskey sales.
